Adventure-crew matching and planning support so that you have friends to get out with all weekend
Group dinners on Saturday & Sunday (alc. not included)
Member-led group hikes, bike rides, and hot spring adventures (all optional), and the opportunity to try fly-fishing (Idaho fishing license required) or shuttled bike routes (additional cost).

Sample Itinerary
FRIDAY: Arrive, check-in, and meet your adventure companions at the Ice-breaker/welcome event that evening.
SATURDAY: We’ll head out for morning hiking and mountain biking adventures with designated group leaders. We pre-select well-maintained trails that cater to all levels. In the afternoon, we’ll rest back at the hotel, explore town, and grab dinner together.
SUNDAY: Come fly-fishing along the banks of the Big Wood River (we can help you organize rentals) or enjoy a lazy morning. In the afternoon, we’ll head to a favorite local hot spring and then grab dinner together for one last celebration.
MONDAY: Say our farewells and head home, with tired bodies and full hearts!

Hi! I’m Tana Hoffman, the founder of ILLA and the host of this epic mountain adventure… and these trips are my FAVORITE part of ILLA and something I look forward to all year long.
I’ve spent my entire career in the outdoor industry—first as a seasonal worker at ski resorts and surf shops, then as a marketing manager for ski resorts, bike parks, and outdoor film production companies. For the last decade, I’ve been building businesses that seek to help more women+ get into the outdoors, both as professionals and recreational users. I’m also a sponsored snowmobile athlete and I love helping women+ to get into new sports.
