What’s Included
3 Nights (Fri-Mon) of shared accommodations at Tamarack Lodge in the heart of Sun Valley (hot tub on site!)
Friday evening Welcome Event & Ice Breaker
Adventure-crew matching and planning support so that you have friends to get out with all weekend
Group dinners on Saturday & Sunday (alc. not included)
Member-led group hikes, bike rides, and hot spring adventures (all optional), and the opportunity to try fly-fishing (Idaho fishing license required) or shuttled bike routes (additional cost).

❌ This event is not for you if you're looking for a guided experience, coaching, or a detailed, play-by-play itinerary.
Sample Itinerary
FRIDAY: Arrive, check-in, and meet your adventure companions at the Ice-breaker/welcome event that evening.
SATURDAY: We’ll head out for morning hiking and mountain biking adventures with designated group leaders. We pre-select well-maintained trails that cater to all levels. In the afternoon, we’ll rest back at the hotel, explore town, and grab dinner together.
SUNDAY: Come fly-fishing along the banks of the Big Wood River (we can help you organize rentals) or enjoy a lazy morning. In the afternoon, we’ll head to a favorite local hot spring and then grab dinner together for one last celebration.
MONDAY: Say our farewells and head home, with tired bodies and full hearts!

We're not here to make money off these. The packages we offer allow everyone to stay at the same property, save money via shared accommodations, organize group dinners, and cover our costs to plan and host the weekend. Select the package that works best for you!
Local/Drop-In (No Rooms/Meals)
This is for Insiders with an active membership who'll be in the area and aren't coming for the full experience, but want to drop in and join us for an activity. Again, this package does NOT include lodging or group dinners, but we'd love to see you on the trail!
Buddy-Package (Shared Bed)
A new option based on feedback! This is for those who are coming with a friend and don't mind sharing a bed to save some coin. You'll need to add each other's names to your registration so we know who is coming together. (No, we aren't putting strangers in shared beds! 😆)
Shared Room (Own Bed)
You'll have your OWN queen bed in a double queen room. There may be 1 or two other people in the other bed. Our goal is no more than 3 people per room.
Own Room
You'll have a King room all to yourself!
Included
Group-led adventures (hiking, biking & hot springs) and group dinners on Saturday and Sunday. Alcohol sales are not included in the dinner packages. All other meals / tours / access / travel fees are the responsibility of the attendee.

Hi! I’m Tana Hoffman, the founder of ILLA and the host of this epic mountain adventure… and these trips are my FAVORITE part of ILLA and something I look forward to all year long.
I’ve spent my entire career in the outdoor industry—first as a seasonal worker at ski resorts and surf shops, then as a marketing manager for ski resorts, bike parks, and outdoor film production companies. For the last decade, I’ve been building businesses that seek to help more women+ get into the outdoors, both as professionals and recreational users. I’m also a sponsored snowmobile athlete and I love helping women+ to get into new sports.
