Meet Your Host, Abby

Hi! I’m Abby VanHaren and I have been hosting with ILLA since 2023. I love getting after in the mountains. From backcountry snowmobiling to skiing, winter might just be my favorite season. Trying new things can be frustrating, anxiety inducing, and even scary, but I promise you this experience will take those things off your mind so you can enjoy your experience and most importantly learn as much as you can with our amazing guides. I will be there to snap epic pictures, hype you up and make sure you feel supported and comfortable as we venture into new terrain! And don’t worry, there will be snacks. Can’t wait to share this experience with you! It’s going to be a good one.
